All through group energy in motion and safety in community. The foundation of the studio is built from experienced, heart forward leaders who are committed to providing excellent teachings. We believe in inclusivity, community, safety and growth. Our classes are creatively curated by our committed teachers who are motivated to share their uniqueness. This class uses a variety of equipment, please be sure to bring your yoga mat, water, personal towel and indoor running shoes may be used. This class is intermediate level and is taught in a hot studio.
This fiery class is taught at a higher pace, incorporates barre fitness as a foundation and is fused in yoga and pilates. Expect to sweat.
